This tournament brings together emerging talent from across the globe for a week of high-level competition, coaching exposure, and unforgettable rugby experiences. With a strong focus on development both on and off the field, this is more than just a tournament — it's a launchpad for the next generation of elite players, coaches and teams.

TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
The IRANZ High Performance Tournament is a 7-day international rugby event held at the world-class NZCIS High Performance Centre in Wellington, New Zealand. The tournament features six (6) teams, offering a unique opportunity to test their skills in a high-performance environment. Each team will play three competitive matches, with additional training, recovery, and development sessions included throughout the week.

Beyond the matches, players and coaches engage in sessions that foster leadership, resilience, and self-management—key attributes of professional Athletes and Coaches.
